I have just finished uploading the complete project file (PDF) for the:
ETI 447 Phaser, published back in Sept 1976.

Sadly ETI is no longer in publication.
But now the project lives on here at Dr. Bob Engineering.

It's well worth the build time & effort.
Don't forget to read the How it works side bar in the document.
